When you require extra help our support team are able to utilise Screen Connect software to access your computer remotely. This allows them to fix a problem you may be having or more commonly demonstrate how to do something.
Navigate to the Online Support tab under Customer Area in the menu, to access this service. or click here online support. You will need to book a support call before using online support.
Please only connect to our online support service when requested to do so by a Joinerysoft representative.

We usually ask you a few questions to ascertain who is the best person to answer your call. This will vary depending upon whether you are a network user, whether it is a joinery question or whether you have a computer issue that is affecting JMS. We will also check which is the best number to call you back on in case you have a mobile or alternative number to your main telephone line you would prefer us to use.
All support calls are answered in order so please be patient during busy periods. We usually get back to you within 20min if not immediately, but sometimes it can take us a couple of hours.
As soon as your call is logged our support team will see your question waiting for their attention. When they call you back they will ask if you wish them to log on to your computer. This can help show you how to do something or simply to fix your problem quickly. We use Screen Connect software to access your computer remotely and when requested to do so please go to our Online Support tab where you can enter details granting permission for our staff to access your computer.

Our download feature provides access to JMS files for first time installation or if you are installing JMS on to a new computer.
Joinerysoft works with our customers to constantly improve our software providing new features and designing the software to be easier to use than ever before. This means that we frequently release new versions of JMS which are available to download free of charge to all maintenance and support subscribers.
Updates and new releases are managed by the JMS Upgrade Manager. This tool, provided with JMS, will when selected automatically check for new releases and download the latest release available to your computer. Internet access is required to use the JMS Uprade Manager and a current maintenance subscription.
Please ensure that JMS is closed before running the JMS Upgrade Manager, and that you have a current backup. The JMS Upgrade Manager can be accessed from within the Microsoft Windows, Start Menu. Simply choose 'All programs' and then select Joinerysoft.
