Joinerysoft Ltd is proud to announce the appointment of Matthew Turner as Head of Operations, a strategic move that represents the next phase of the company’s growth and long-term succession planning.
Matthew, who is bilingual in English and German and brings a strong background in engineering and technology, will be joining the family business with a view to eventually taking on the role of Managing Director. Based in Germany and working internationally, Matthew will initially undergo in-depth training across all areas of the company, gaining experience in software, customer engagement, product development, and operational management.

He will also work closely with key industry partners and customers, reinforcing Joinerysoft’s reputation for excellent service, innovation, and deep understanding of joinery manufacturing.
