Combine casements, doors and sidelights in a single frame and quote the whole thing at once.

Bill of Materials
Furniture, gates and the one-off jobs, priced from the timber and the time they take.

Five things that stop being your problem the day JMS 2D goes in.
Customers report saving up to 75% of the time they used to spend quoting. A whole house front, two sliding sash, two casements and a front door, takes under five minutes.
Calculated from the specification as you design. When an architect asks for a figure, change the timber or the glass until it meets it. No lookups, no testing.
The moment the deposit lands, glass and timber orders go to your suppliers straight from the confirmed quote. Prices locked in, production starts without waiting.
Your rates, your costs, and the margin known before the quote goes out. Customers tell us the software pays for itself in as little as six months.
Cutting lists come straight from the design, with rough and final lengths, so material is bought and cut the way the job was planned.
Sizes, sections, opening lights and bars. The drawing updates as you change them, so you and the customer see the same thing.
Change the wood, the glass or a size and the quote, cutting list and glass list all recalculate.
Your own species, sections and glazing types, and Lignum profiles from The Joinery Network ready to use.
Over 30 templates with scale drawings and itemised prices. Email them from JMS.
Summary or detailed, over 50 layouts, sash weights and true-scale diagrams.
Every pane and every hinge, listed from the confirmed quote and ready to send to your suppliers.
An item-by-item breakdown with your terms, the deposit and a line for the customer to sign.
The last documents come from the same job file as the first. Nothing is typed twice.
A single-user version for the small shop, and a network version so office and workshop share the same jobs.
Installation and training at your premises is included. Our installers are joiners, so they set up your real costs and timings using your own jobs.
Telephone and email support from a team of joiners, with computer and network specialists behind them, plus every new release for the first year.
Across the UK, Ireland and overseas, to joiners of every size, from a one-person shop to a workshop of twenty.
JMS 2D runs on an ordinary Windows PC. On a network, one machine acts as the server and the others connect to it.
Needs an internet connection of at least 8 Mbps and any printer that takes A4. Apple Macs work through a Windows virtual machine such as Parallels. If you may move up to JMS 3D Pro later, ask us for a server to the Pro specification.
“All our jobs are processed through JMS now. Customers have been impressed with our quotes, and our quick response helps us to win work.”
Bring a quote you did recently. We'll draw it in JMS while you watch.
